For years, the road from Zanzibar to Saadani National Park was long, complicated, and off most itineraries. We changed that. Our purpose-built express boat departs from Hotel Verde Marina on Zanzibar's west coast and lands directly on the beach inside Saadani National Park — in about 90 minutes. No domestic flights. No dusty six-hour drives. Just open ocean, arriving straight into the wild.
Saadani is genuinely unlike anywhere else on the continent. It is Africa's only coastal national park where savannah, mangrove, and beach converge. Elephants wade at the shoreline.
